There’s a lot to like in this ripe, plump pinot from Vidal winemaker Hugh Crichton. Dark fruit and chamomile scents are followed by a silky mouthful of dark cherry and red fruits. This is a succulent, balanced, approachable wine. Try it with grilled lamb cutlets, seasoned with herbes de Provence.
