Lifted orange blossom aromatics set the tone for this Gimblett Gravels-grown wine. Its riffs are all at the treble end of the scale... herbal high notes and fresh acidity. Texturally, some of viognier’s signature oiliness is also in play. A pure, bright style that would be a great partner for ham.
