Pepperjack Shiraz 2014

Pepperjack Shiraz 2014

Born out of the old Saltram Barossa stable, Pepperjack shiraz offers plenty of personality. A nose of dark berries, peppercorn and balanced oak leads into a medium weight palate of sweet fruit and oaky flavours. The wood influence is notable. “The oak firms it and dries it out,” observed John Belsham. “But it works.”
