MUD HOUSE WAIPARA VALLEY RIESLING 2014

There’s a green tint to the colour of this wine. It smells and tastes of freshly cut herbs and flowers, together with attractive citrus. A mineral edge arrives in the mouth, where the finish is a little firm, though juicy and long. A medium-dry style that would partner well with sashimi.
