Mitolo The Nessus Shiraz 2013
A savoury, oaky McLaren Vale shiraz to match a Mediterranean-accented braise of lamb or goat. Blueberry, tapenade and vanillin aromas have a slightly oxidative thread of complexity as well. It has attractive texture and good depth, finishing with a dry tannin bite.
