Waipara Hills Equinox Waipara Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2012
A lot of thought and care has gone into making this elegant, restrained expression. Attractive vanilla oak mingles well with a nectarine note, the texture is fleshy and soft, the length is exemplary. This wine doesn’t shout, but has plenty to offer.
