Gustave Lorentz Crémant d’Alsace Rosé NV

The French region of Alsace is not well-known downunder for sparkling wine, but this chardonnay-pinot blanc-pinot noir blend shows its quality. Aromas of floral talc, red caramel and stonefruits lead through a finely poised palate, balancing a well managed hint of sweetness with good depth and a dry finish.
