Grant Burge Icon Meshach Shiraz

An essence of Barossa shiraz to serve with pot-roasted meats like veal. Classical and traditionally “big”, it’s benefited beautifully from some bottle age. It’s a generous wine with lashings of sweet blackberry and plum fruit woven through an appropriate measure of vanillin oak. Its depth of sustained flavour has few peers in this line-up, and furry tannins underline a perfect signature.
