The cool Eden Valley is next door to the warmer Barossa, resulting in wines that usually aren’t quite as macho. This example is one for the oak lovers. The nose and palate are led by high-toned barrel influence, with fruit-sweet flavours woven through a powerful, upfront style, backed by plenty of tannin.
