Elephant Hill Viognier 2013

This wine is liquid hedonism… sweet nectarine, peach, rose-petal and apricot flavours sing out from an attractive texture. A line of acidity adds freshness and verve. This lovely, moreish drink would go well with seared gurnard tacos served with a piquant salsa.
