Dom Perignon Vintage 2004
The 2004 is a welcome return to form after the slightly controversial 03 vintage. It’s a wonderfully elaborate wine that straddles the line between great Champagne and great Montrachet-like Burgundy in its mix of power and finesse, its superfine white peach, grapefruit and praline aromas and flavour, its silky texture and lingering sensory impact.
