Pale onion skin pink in colour, this rosé is another great example of the modern Charles Heidsieck family of Champagnes. Strawberry, toasty autolysis and a nutty oxidative touch mark the inviting bouquet, while the palate is creamy in feel and complex in flavour, with a lingering, yeasty aftertaste.
