Cambridge Road Pinot Noir 2011

Cambridge Road Pinot Noir 2011

Fruit from some of Martinborough’s oldest vines contribute to this wine made by Lance Redgwell. “There’s plenty of power, yet with spine and length,” said John Belsham. Dark-berry and leafy, truffle-like characters are supported by polished, well-defined tannins. A lamb tagine would fit the bill.
