Ayala Brut Majeur NV
John Belsham described this wine as “balancing the elements”. All is harmony. More giving and a little less austere than some Ayala cuvees, it makes a fine aperitif with fishy nibbles.
Its subtle apple, citrus, ginger and patisserie aromas combine seamlessly, and the zesty palate is creamy, fine, persistent and satisfying. (J)
